ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

MEANWHILE provides a small fee towards exhibitions. Costs incurred during the exhibition (including extra installation equipment, materials and freight) will be deducted from the fee in conversation with MEANWHILE’s facilitators. To process your payment we require an invoice after the completion of your project.

MEANWHILE covers the cost of opening events, including light snacks and few drinks. Exhibitors are welcome to provide additional refreshments on top of what we provide.

MEANWHILE is a not-for-profit space. We do not sell artworks. We are happy to put anyone interested in buying works in direct contact with the artist.

You will generally work with one of MEANWHILE’s facilitators on the development of your project. Your facilitator will be able to offer critical and curatorial support, and you can expect at least one facilitator on-site to assist you during the installation of your project.

MEANWHILE will arrange for someone to monitor your exhibition during opening hours (Wednesday–Saturday, 12–5:30 pm).

MEANWHILE strives to be a safer space. We ask that all artists, writers, curators and audience members abide by our Safer Spaces Policy. This can be found at meanwhilegallery.com/about.

A floorplan for MEANWHILE's gallery spaces can be found here. Photos of the space can be seen at our Archive.
